Outside Sales Representative for Construction Wholesale Industry

VEF Supply Ltd. is an independently operated wholesale distributor for the construction, infrastructure and manufacturing industries. VEF Supply Ltd. specializes in fasteners but we also offer power tools, hand tools, safety, strut channel & accessories, pipe supports and so much more!

We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Outside Sales Representative to join our team in the Construction Wholesale Industry. In this role, you will be responsible for selling our wide range of quality fasteners and products to commercial construction and manufacturing customers. You will also provide excellent customer service, technical assistance, and product knowledge. While establishing and maintaining relationships with customers, generating leads, and closing sales to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue sales opportunities within the construction industry to meet or exceed sales targets. Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers and cultivate new ones through cold-calling, prospecting, and networking.
• Provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective customers, educating them on the benefits and features of our products.
• Work with our marketing team to create and execute effective marketing campaigns to promote our products and services.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate order processing and delivery.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, competitors, and new products to maintain a competitive edge.
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of outside sales experience in the construction or related industry.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel within assigned territory.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $60,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
